For as similar as these two devices are to each other, the Transformer Prime offers a bit more under the hood, as it has a better screen, brighter backlight, and metal casing. The Asus Transformer Pad TF300, on the other hand, has a plastic casing, and acceptable tradeoffs in performance for cost.
